This workshop focuses on practical uses for applying the science of human behaviour in business and project delivery situations, including an in-depth look at how non-verbal communication (body language, auditory style etc) impacts the process.

In particular, the training explores psychological aspects of the client and partner perspectives, and emphasises the importance of natural human rapport-building as a corner-stone of successful project delivery:
