We created and delivered an extended management training programme for senior Access consulting managers and their diverse teams of consultants, project managers and sales team leaders: the programme included Commercial Awareness, Sales and Performance Management training to help take the business to the next level.

Workshops were followed by a programme of personalised 121 coaching support. The training was so well received it has been repeated twice, as the company grows.
