SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Sally provides executive development programmes focused on tailored executive & leadership coaching. She was a member of the faculty at Cranfield School of Management for 14 years, specialising in strategy, personal effectiveness and leadership development, and still works at Cranfield as an associate on their executive development programmes. Before completing her MBA at Cranfield, for which she was awarded a Director’s Prize for Academic Achievement, Sally’s managerial career was in corporate banking. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Sally’s research work has been published in the Journal of Managerial Psychology, SAM Advanced Management Journal and People Management. She is an invited member of the ESRC panel on Trust Across Cultures and a reviewer for the Journal of Management Studies and the Journal of Managerial Psychology. She combines her own experience as a senior manager with a pragmatic business school perspective to help managers understand and lead major change in organisations.
Sally has over fifteen years’ experience as an executive coach, working in the UK, continental Europe and the Middle East. Her clients include RBS, Ladbrokes, GalaCoral, Northern Foods, Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch, Sport England, Dubai Properties, United Business Media, Hilton, the Government of Dubai, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Johnson Controls.
She holds a postgraduate certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University. She is currently studying for the Oxford Brookes Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Supervision. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Sally is qualified as a user of the MBTI Step I and Step II and Launchpad psychometric instruments.
