Richard is a highly experienced sales coach, trainer and sales strategist. He has 10 years experience in business development and sales management, mainly within the IT industry. He has a background in consultancy sales and built a successful business unit for SECOR Consulting including many Key Accounts. Richard currently acts as a part time sales manager/director for several growing businesses and regularly coaches and mentors newly promoted sales managers and sales directors.

Richard holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, is a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, and is a Certified NLP Coach. The combination of these three disciplines plus experience with many companies enables Richard to get to the root of issues quickly and to propose practical real world solutions.

Richard is an author and regular speaker on sales and business development for the Surrey Chambers of Commerce and Business Link Surrey.

Richard lives in Haslemere Surrey with his wife Caroline and enjoys movies, cinema and walking.
