ASSOCIATE
Mike spent 18 years at Cranfield School of Management, where he finished as a Senior Lecturer in Management Development. On leaving, he moved to Associate status and continues to be invited back as a contributor to a range of activities.
Mike’s work at Cranfield began in research, but after two years he transferred to the teaching faculty. Following a successful few years in marketing he concentrated his efforts on the longer general management programmes where he ran the General Management for Specialists for seven years and the Business Leaders’ Programme for a further five. The programmes required working at a personal level with participants, with the latter being Cranfield’s most senior offering. Both entailed significant P&L responsibility. Mike holds the following academic qualifications: MBA, BSc (Hons), Cert. Ed, Dip M, IDip Exec Coach
