We delivered a comprehensive training programme to over 180 project managers and consultants, based on our Commercial Awareness workshop. The programme was designed to develop the commercial awareness and client management skills of the post-sales technical teams, in order to improve customer retention, project profitability and the joint selling efforts of the PS and Sales teams.
